About the experience

Shortage of people with technological background is one of the most talked about topics in the IT industry, especially how to ensure we have a diverse talent pool and pipeline. Through our workshop we want to invite you to explore and together learn what companies, leaders and you as individuals can do yourself, to increase the awareness and interest in the IT industry. We will come with tips and tricks from real life on how Visma works with the challenge of continuous delivery of talent.
