We are pleased to invite you to the EY Executive Workshop “Actions setting the corporate D&I agenda in motion” during the SHE Conference 8th March 11-11:45 am. This Executive Workshop is by invitation only.
The Workshop will be hosted by Göran Rosberg // Nordic People Advisory Services Leader, Camilla Rundberg // D&I Senior Specialist and Johanna Kropp // Nordic D&I Community Lead discussing and exemplifying:
- How D&I projects may be scoped to achieve business impact
- How organization processes get gendered, unintentionally
- How critical reflections can reveal stereotypical thinking and become an accelerator for transformation
- How attention to language can help us understand what we take for granted
- How to accelerate an inclusive culture
