About the stream

Gender diversity in the financial markets

The financial sector is known for having low representation of women in senior roles. In this session, we hear from two of those women: Heike Reichelt from the World Bank and Elin Ljung from Nordic Capital. They will reflect on their experiences as women in the financial industry and also share the innovative ways their organisations are using the financial markets to close the gender gap.

  • Host: Jacob Michaelsen, Head of Sustainable Finance Advisory, Nordea
  • Heike Reichelt, Head of Investor Relations and Sustainable Finance, World Bank Treasury
  • Elin Ljung, Director of Communication and Sustainability, Nordic Capital
