Randi Marjamaa has a master from NHH and 2 years of Psychology. 8 years as management consultant in PA Consulting Group. Several leadership positions in Nordea. Started as Head of Private Economists in Nordea at age 28, educating the population through media about private finances and especially the need for women to be financially independent. Currently Head of Personal Banking and Country Senior Executive in Nordea Norway. Personal Banking Norway represents the second largest player in the Norwegian market, with total lending portfolio of 320bn NOK and a market share of 12%.  In total Nordea have 750.000 active customers in the Norwegian market, with a total portfolio of 44bn NOK.
