About the experience
He was called the new oil by Norwegian broadcasting, and Karpe knew who to ask to join their tour. 20-year-old Isah became the new big name in R&B in no time. He already had the time to do several collaborations with Dutty Dior, amongst them the hit single «HALLO», which pretty much became the soundtrack of 2019 in Norway. The song reached more than 20 million streams and Isah won the award for song of the year and newcomer of the year at P3 Gull.
Last year was a busy year for Isah, with a number of prosjects. He debuted his long awaited EP in two parts «Sukkerspinn og hodepine» (Candy floss and head ache). This year he already was nominated for three Spellemann awards, won the title Årets stjerneskudd at By:larm and he released a new single.
About the concert
Most of society is wiped out, and Isah is one of few survivors. The lines separating fantasy and reality are blurred as we follow him on his journey. From one room to the next in the apocalyptic world of an old library, we join Isah and director Mattis Goksøyr into areas and floors of the building that very few have seen before.
About the director
Mattis Goksøyr directs commercials, short films and fiction. He has been shown both internationally and nationally and is now represented by Willy Nikkers in Norway. He was nominated in 2018 at the OsloPix award for Best Music Video for Himmelblå.
