About the experience

«An American Holiday» was born from Adam’s dreams of presenting real American Christmas music to the Norwegian people, with a collection of songs that symbolizes the Holidays for him. The 2018 and 2019 tours both sold out, and Adam is in 2020 once again inviting you to a magnificent concert filled with American Holiday spirit. The past few weeks he’s played for sold out venues all over Norway, spreading joy in the middle of these strange times filled with a pandemic and social distancing. Now he’s putting together a streaming concert for everyone not able to go to normal shows.

 
- I know how special it is for people to be able to share moments, especially now that we have to keep our distance. Therefore I think it’s both right and important for me to hold a digital concert so that people not able to go to the other shows for various reasons, also can come together and get a little Holiday spirit this year, Adam Douglas says.
 

It’s going to be a bit «un-Norwegian», but at the same time the warm Holiday feeling will be maintained. It’s going to be a few traditional Christmas songs, and both new versions of old hits and some of Adams own songs. On stage he’s joined by a magnificent band that will make sure to deliver all the magical moments through the screen, no matter where the viewers are joining from.
