Jesper’s career covers Accounting, Due Diligence and Corporate Finance and numerous leadership roles. He is a leading name in the Private Equity industry, having served leading Private Equity houses for over 20 years.

Jesper has experience from projects in a multitude of industries and jurisdictions and he has advised on 100+ completed transactions, covering buy-side, sell-side, re-financings, IPOs, JVs and mergers. Jesper is the Regional Managing Partner for EY in the Nordic region and serves in the EMEIA leadership team and in the Global Practice group. Prior to this role he has had had several management and leadership roles as head of the Nordic Transaction business and as Country Managing Partner of EY in Sweden.
