Orions Belte - Haugen Gårdsmat

Friday AUG 21 we will visit Haugen Gardsmat as part of our Scenic Route through the western parts of Norway. Haugen Gard is a farm in Flåm, known for it's spectacular nature right at the end of Aurlandsfjorden (a branch of Sognefjorden, Norway's longest fjord). Over the last 15 years the farmers Kristine and Odd, has produced super high quality products from their own region. They seek traditional methods and closeness to the nature while they at the same time is looking forward when it comes to modernising traditional food. They sell different products to private customers, grocery stores and through Bondens marked Norge which is a beautiful farmers market collective bringing products directly from the farmers to the customer. We can't wait to visit and play outside their farm in beautiful Flåm.
